Softera.PowerBI Sales analytics reports

Softera’s out of the box Power BI sales analytics reports for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central help you to analyze your company’s sales results and make better informed, data-based decisions.

The analytics reports will help you to answer these questions:

  • How do the current sales compare to those of previous periods?
  • How are the sales/profits/margins changing?
  • What are the sales by product category/salesperson/location?
  • How do the average quantity, unit sales price and profitability change?
  • How is the volume of unit sales distributed by customer/product category?
  • What is the sales/gross profit/margin forecast?
  • From which product categories do we earn the most?
  • How many customers did we attract and how many did we lose?

Prerequisites

A Power BI Pro license is required to install and use the app

Installation steps

To install the app:

  1. Find Softera’s Power BI Sales analytics App on AppSource.
  2. On the AppSource page, select Get it now.
  3. Select Continue to agree to the Terms of use and Privacy policy.
  4. In the Install this Power BI app box, select Install.
  5. If needed, create a workspace and select Continue.
  6. When installation completes, a notification appears saying that your new app is ready.
  7. Select Go to app and explore Softera’s Power BI Sales analytics package with pre-created reports.
