Autolux represents the global car rental brand Hertz<\/a> in the Baltic states. The company provides short-term and long-term car rental, passenger transport, and related services. The business has been operating for nearly 10 years, with a team of around 30 employees across the group. <\/p>\n

For business management, the company chose Microsoft Dynamics 365<\/strong><\/a> Business Central.<\/p>\n

We spoke with Mantas Narkevi\u010dius, CEO of the company.<\/p>\n

What led you to look for a new business management system and what were your requirements? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

The accounting system in use was outdated, with limited capabilities for data management, analytics, and integration with a CRM system.<\/p>\n

The main requirement was to implement a unified business management solution across the entire group. It was important to be able to access the same system from any country. <\/p>\n

Why did you choose Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Softera as a partner?<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h4>\n

The decision to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365<\/strong> Business Central <\/a>was influenced by positive recommendations from partners already using the system.<\/p>\n

Choosing an implementation partner was also straightforward. At the time, there were only a few reliable providers. Softera stood out due to strong references, clear and efficient communication, and the ability to adapt the system to specific business needs. <\/p>\n

How did processes change after implementation? What were the first benefits? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

After implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, business processes changed significantly. Previously, there was no ability to import data from the CRM system into accounting, nor to access and analyze real-time financial data. Now, these capabilities are in place, resulting in a clear improvement in process quality. <\/p>\n
