first independent \u201cRent-to-Own\u201d service provider in the Baltic states. The company is among the largest residential property buyers in Lithuania. Within its first year, the NUMAI platform grew its managed portfolio to \u20ac3.5 million, with plans to reach \u20ac10 million by the end of 2020.     <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For real estate management, the company selected SOFT4RealEstate.
