1991. The Invalda INVL group operates in the market, comprising companies managing various asset classes. One of them manages investments in real estate (RE) \u2013 this company was separated from Invalda INVL in 2014 following a restructuring of the group&#8217;s business model.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.softera.lt\/nekilnojamo-turto-valdymas\/\">Soft4RealEstate<\/a> program has been used for the Invalda INVL group&#8217;s RE management accounting since 2011, and when selecting it, it was important that the program provided the ability to use a separate RE module.<\/p>\n<p>Questions answered by Raimondas Rajeckas, Chief Financial Officer of Invalda INVL.<\/p>\n<h4><b>What reasons led to the search for a new RE system in 2011? <\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b><\/b>During daily accounting operations, the need arose for a separate RE management module that would describe the owned assets, ensure current information for property managers, and automate the invoice generation process.
