Revenue: €500,000 – €1,000,000

FAKTORO has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. The company has supported hundreds of Lithuanian businesses by providing financing solutions that help them maintain operations and grow.
FAKTORO offers financial services that enable companies to achieve their business goals and provides guidance on managing cash flow and financial planning.

For business management, the company selected SOFT4Factoring. We spoke with Algirdas Gutauskas, Director.

What were your main criteria when selecting a factoring system, and why did you choose SOFT4Factoring?

In a previous role, I had already worked with the Softera team. That positive experience played a key role in the decision.

What business performance improvements did you achieve with SOFT4Factoring?

The process of preparing contracts and calculating financing fees has become significantly faster, especially for more complex agreements involving delays. With the help of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, on which SOFT4Factoring is built, we ensure high accuracy in calculations. We have eliminated errors that previously occurred when calculating interest, such as incorrect advance payment dates, VAT rates, outdated data, or technical copying mistakes.

SOFT4Factoring

We evaluate our collaboration with Softera very positively. We particularly value the long-term usability of the SOFT4Factoring solution. When consultations are needed, they are recorded, which helps avoid repeating questions and simplifies onboarding for team members—especially in recurring scenarios. We also received a customized user guide tailored specifically to our system.

SOFT4Factoring is a solution designed for companies providing financing services, enabling automation and structuring of invoice financing processes, accounts receivable management, and monitoring of financial obligations.
