One year after the start of the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 2016, AB “Audimas” shares the achieved results, how the new business management system changed and improved daily work, and how the collaboration with Softera progressed during the project.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL AFTER MIGRATION
“We feel a significant difference between the old Navision 4.00 version and the new Dynamics NAV 2016. We have improved production load monitoring, and the status of production orders updates in real-time immediately after rescheduling, whereas in the old NAV, it updated only once a day. Reports are automatically generated according to various criteria, and more detailed production planning by models, as needed, has accelerated. And these are just some of the functions that have improved since the system update. We are satisfied with Softera’s work and the ability to adapt the system to our business specifics.”
– Kristina Maceinienė, Head of Planning, AB “Audimas”
“I would highlight 3 main improvements that make daily processes faster: more convenient and quicker visibility of inventory and ordered quantities from various NAV locations, more convenient management and control, and broader insight into upcoming new collections and customer orders. We believe that the new Dynamics NAV 2016 will help us better plan resource allocation and coordinate production and delivery dates with suppliers in advance.”
– Loreta Kraujutienė, Head of Purchasing Department, AB “Audimas”
“The new Dynamics NAV functions allow us to better utilize the system’s capabilities and gain a broader overview, a general situation, and a complete picture of the collection. Thanks to various filters, we can precisely filter the desired information, eliminating the need for complex reports. From a specific model or production order, we can quickly and easily navigate to any other option (discrepancies, related documents, etc.), and we can track plan/actual data for both production orders and PVS model development stages across periods, quantities, and so on.”
