What led you to look for a new business management system and what were your requirements?

The accounting system in use was outdated, with limited capabilities for data management, analytics, and integration with a CRM system.

The main requirement was to implement a unified business management solution across the entire group. It was important to be able to access the same system from any country.

How did processes change after implementation? What were the first benefits?

After implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, business processes changed significantly. Previously, there was no ability to import data from the CRM system into accounting, nor to access and analyze real-time financial data. Now, these capabilities are in place, resulting in a clear improvement in process quality.
