How did the need for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solution arise?
The need arose when we could no longer manage the inquiries—we were receiving so many that we could only process about a third of them. Over time, we noticed that by responding to only a small portion of inquiries, we were losing numerous potential customers, which is extremely detrimental when operating in the competitive logistics and transportation industry. Therefore, we began looking for a solution that would ensure more efficient sales process management.
What did you use for sales management before choosing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales?
Before choosing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, we used Excel files—we stored data about each customer in them: pricing, communication, negotiation issues, contracts, etc. You can imagine the volume of information, so in Excel files not designed for managing sales processes, the data was difficult to manage.

The priority was to find a platform where all customer information would be in one place. We chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for sales management because of the system’s versatility, fast service, continuous updates, and easy integration with other applications.
What changed after you started working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solution?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales helps to more easily manage, monitor, and analyze processes, and identify best and worst practices. We now process all incoming inquiries, and we develop our sales strategy based on data from CRM analytics. Daily work has become much easier, and we have a broader view of market trends.
