Invalda INVL is an asset management company operating since 1991. The Invalda INVL group operates in the market, comprising companies managing various asset classes. One of them manages investments in real estate (RE) – this company was separated from Invalda INVL in 2014 following a restructuring of the group’s business model.
The Soft4RealEstate program has been used for the Invalda INVL group’s RE management accounting since 2011, and when selecting it, it was important that the program provided the ability to use a separate RE module.

What reasons led to the search for a new RE system in 2011?
During daily accounting operations, the need arose for a separate RE management module that would describe the owned assets, ensure current information for property managers, and automate the invoice generation process. We considered several business and RE management system alternatives.
How did work change after implementing Soft4RealEstate?
I would highlight several things that changed in RE accounting after implementing Soft4RealEstate:
- we optimized internal processes for managing accounting (invoices are easily generated and sent to tenants whose lease agreements have expired or whose terms have changed);
- the invoice generation and sending process accelerated, communication with tenants improved;
- the utility distribution and invoice generation process became more automated.
