STAY | STHLM is the largest business apartment operator in Stockholm, Sweden. STAY | STHLM offers a solution for those seeking housing in Sweden and currently rents approximately 500 apartments.
Before acquiring SOFT4RealEstate, STAY | STHLM used several real estate management and accounting systems. One of the company’s biggest challenges was the time-consuming invoicing process. The company needed a tool that would allow them to keep all managed property information in one place, analyze data more easily, and utilize employee time more efficiently.

Why did you start looking for a new system?
We were wasting a lot of time working with the old system and didn’t have all our data in one place. This resulted in inefficient work and data consistency issues.
What challenges did you have and want to overcome with the help of a new system?
We had problems with invoicing and it took a lot of time. We also couldn’t track the profit margin of our apartments, add and analyze all real estate-related expenses.

Can you share your achievements after implementing SOFT4RealEstate? What has changed in your business?
Previously, it would take us about 2 days to invoice if we issued invoices monthly. If we invoiced quarterly, it would take 3 days. With SOFT4RealEstate, we saved approximately 150 hours per year, which is 3.5 weeks! We also calculated that we saved approximately €20,000.
One of the best things is that we didn’t have to invest heavily in system licenses, technical infrastructure, annual or upgrade fees, because for a fixed monthly fee we can use the real estate solution that we host in the cloud. Any employee with the necessary permissions can easily access all data in real time.
