How did the need for Softera’s HR and payroll management solution arise?

Previously, we used an old system. It no longer met the growing needs of the business, so we started looking for a solution that would not hinder business growth. Before choosing, we considered many Lithuanian programs and implementers. We chose Softera because we are satisfied with them as a NAV partner, so we decided to have both accounting and HR and payroll management in one system.

What has changed since starting to work with Softera.PAYROLL and the human resources management solution?

After starting to work with Softera.PAYROLL and the human resources management system, the possibility and number of errors decreased. Also, we have all the necessary employee information in one place, which we can view in real-time, from various perspectives. In the old system, we only saw information for the current month, and only about payroll calculation. The HR part was stored in different Excel files, accessible only to a few people. We are pleased that now, thanks to Softera’s HR and payroll management system, we can see more, analyze, and make better business decisions.
