Does Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM meet your company’s needs and what key benefits of the solution do you see?
Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM system meets our company’s needs because:
- we can fully track projects, see material requirements within projects, etc.;
- we can easily plan orders and their execution over time;
- according to reports, it is easy to monitor colleagues’ work and their workload;
- we can see the preliminary demand for relevant products in the market;
- we see warehouse inventory in real time (integration with the accounting system);
- we see and analyze each project manager’s work with a specific client (call log, number of meetings, work on each project, etc.).
We value most the simplicity of the CRM itself and its ease of use, which does not require special skills. It’s great that new colleagues who have just started working also quickly begin using the system, thus saving everyone’s time, because the CRM is simply easy to understand.

I would definitely recommend Softera to others considering Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, because it is simply pleasant and easy to work with them. I rate the Softera team as specialists in their field for:
- quick situation assessment and client needs detailing (when presenting needs, we can always receive additional comments or advice on how to better implement them);
- quick response to task execution (when we formulate a task or problem, the response time is really fast, i.e., there is no need to wait 8 hours for a response);
- good employee communication (pleasant and friendly service).
