Items and related information web services: items, item variants, item images, item variant images, item category tree, item attributes, item units of measure, item inventory, item variant inventory;

Price list web services: standard pricing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV, Navision), i.e. product price lists, customer group price lists, quantity-dependent prices, customer and / or product group discounts;

Order and related information web services: buyer – legal or physical person, shipment label, shipment manifesto, order header, order lines, order status.

What is the functionality of Softera.eCom?

Softera.eCom is an integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and e-commerce platforms. It can be used for to optimize both B2B and B2C sales.

Will all item-related data be exported from Business Central to e-commerce?

Data related to certain items will be automatically exported from the ERP to e-commerce platform. You have the possibility to choose which item data to export. Softera.eCom exports properties assigned to each item and a common set of common item properties. In addition, item translations and item property translations are exported from Business Central to e-commerce.

Will item inventory data be exported from Business Central to e-commerce?

Yes, Softera.eCom exports item inventory information from Business Central and you can choose which item inventory you want to export: actual current or calculated inventory balances, item availability information is exported.

Is it possible to import data from marketplaces to Business Central?

Softera.eCom allows you to import orders from marketplaces to Business Central. However, an additional Softera.Marketplace add-on is required.

Will we see all e-commerce orders in one place?

Yes, all your e-commerce orders and their statuses will be displayed in one Business Central window.

Will all prices be exported from Business Central to e-commerce platform?

Yes, all prices will be exported. They are calculated according to the logic of Business Central up to the final price and discounts for each item. Therefore, your e-commerce site will not require an additional algorithm for price calculations.

Can a B2B customer view his balance on the e-commerce site?

Yes, Softera.eCom exports each customer’s balance from Business Central to the e-commerce platform where he/she can check it.

Can B2C customer data be imported from e-commerce to Business Central?

Yes, customer data automatically goes from e-commerce to Business Central.

Is it possible to export order status from Business Central to e-commerce?

You have the possibility to define order statuses according to your order fulfillment process. These statuses can be automatically exported to the e-commerce platform.

Will we need to print the invoice on the e-commerce side?

No. After registering the sales order in Business Central, the invoice in PDF format is automatically transferred to the e-commerce platform via Softera.eCom.

Will additional services (transportation, bank fees, customs) be exported from e-commerce to Business Central?

Yes, it is possible to transfer all additional services as a sale to GL’s account or as a sale of an item of additional costs.
